What happens if my balance hits zero?

Sends and captures pause until you top up. Set a balance threshold alert or enable auto top-up to avoid interruptions.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.

Are failed sends charged?

An invocation is metered when the project is invoked; a capture is only metered when a response actually comes back.

Can I get a refund on credits?

Credit purchases are one-time and non-refundable, but they never expire, so nothing is lost.

Is there a subscription or a per-seat fee?

No. Credits are a one-time purchase shared across every project in your account. The only recurring charges are the optional add-ons you enable.

Does the channel change the price?

No. Invocations and captures are flat rates whether the form goes out over WhatsApp, email or SMS, and however the invocation was triggered.
